Welcome to the medication training. On the training day, for the practical assessment, you will be asked to demonstrate safe checking and administration of medications in a simulated environment against a competency criterion. To assist with your competency, thorough skills, knowledge, and understanding of all the course content are essential, and 100% completion of the training component is required, including the practical part. Learners need to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and understanding by completing a quiz with 100% marks.
This training prepare care workers with the knowledge and skills to safely assisting with administration a variety of medications to their clients.
For candidates who do not achieve competency, a reassessment appointment will be required, and the learner will need to pay additional fees.
